Reservations are subject to cancellation if the payment is not received by the payment due date.

25% deposit upon booking
25% payment 16 weeks from departure date
25% payment 10 weeks from departure date
25% payment of the Full payment is required if less than 8 weeks from departure date.

For any booking, whether under deposit, partially paid, or paid in full - please review our Booking Terms and Conditions, which include changes/cancellations due to COVID-19, hotel bookings, deposit payments, balance payments, last minute confirmations, visas and passports, itinerary changes, cancellations, policies and refunds, personal travel insurance, and remarks.
